Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.
Processing times may be slightly longer during high-volume periods such as holidays, major sales, or show season.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location, package weight, and selected shipping method.

Standard delivery timeframes (after processing):

  • Domestic (U.S.) Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • International Shipping: Varies based on carrier and destination

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or customs processing.


Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.


Shipping Damage

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the damage

  • Photos of the shipping box (if applicable)

We will replace damaged items at no cost once verified.


Lost or Stolen Packages

Equi-Care is not responsible for packages marked as “Delivered” by the carrier.
If your package is lost, please contact the carrier first. If you need additional help, we’re happy to assist in filing a claim.


Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.
Equi-Care is not responsible for delays or lost packages due to an incorrect or incomplete address.


International Shipping & Customs

For international orders:

  • Customs fees, duties, or taxes are the responsibility of the customer

  • Delivery times may vary based on customs inspection
    We cannot control or predict these additional charges.
