At Equi-Care, we want you to love every product you purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Damaged in Shipping

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage.
We will gladly replace the item at no cost to you.

Returns

For safety and product integrity, opened or used items cannot be returned or refunded.

Unopened Products

Unopened, unused products may be returned within 14 days of purchase.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.
